2009 Barbie Collector Holiday Barbie Doll

What are you planning on getting your princess this holiday season? While Kambry may be 2, I have been looking in to things that she will appreciate more later on. While any little girl may adore Barbie, here is one that you will not want to miss this holiday season.

The 2009 Barbie Collector Holiday Barbie Doll is quite the vision. Barbie shines in a shimmering pale pink and golden lame gown. Gown has an artfully wrapped bodice. Dress is also draped in sparkling tulle. Magnificent chandelier earrings will complete this 2009 Holiday Barbie Dolls look. Doll cannot stand alone.

The 2009 Holiday Barbie is stunning, for the lack of a better word. Barbie’s gown is truly beautiful! She is very well made, the clothing and accessories are so life like and will make any little girl’s heart pitter patter! Her earrings and make up are beautifully dramatic.

This is a must have for any little girl, or for that adult collector! You can purchase the 2009 Holiday Barbie online at most major retailers, or by going to Mattel Shop.com. The 2009 Holiday Barbie is available for just under $45.00.

I agree with all of your comments, she is a beautiful doll! But I have to say that I am not a huge fan at what Barbie has turned into, she is wearing way more make-up, her arms look ridiculously skinny and OH MY GOODNESS…………..did she get lip injections? I have a daughter 11 months old and I have very fond memories of Barbie growing up. But I don’t remember anybody that I went to school with comparing themselves to famous images like girls do nowadays and I feel that this Barbie may be pushing some boundaries with me! I am truly undecided on whether or not Barbie will be a fixture in my daughters room. But I just pray that I am able to raise a confident and self assured little girl that wont ever feel the need to compare herself to this new age Barbie or any other image for that matter!

I really want this one… I have a couple of other Holiday Barbies, because The Hubs has bought me 3 Barbies since he found out I never had one when I was a little girl. This has to be my favorite Holiday one so far.
Thanks for the review… I am definitely asking Santa Claus for this one!! :-)

This Barbie is absolutely beautiful. Where were these when I was little?

Oh gosh! That Barbie is so beautiful. I remember my first holiday Barbie, it was 1990 and she had this big fluffy pink dress. I really wish I had saved her but I was just a kid. I ended up chopping off all her hair and painting camo on her face. lol

My daughter received the 2008 Holiday Barbie for Christmas last year from her uncle. She really likes it though we try to be careful with it…more of a collector’s item than a toy.
