Now that I am home and with my family after a long, but eventful & learning 7 days, I am taking this weekend to spend with my family. I was assaulted at BlogHer and now this person is stalking and harassing me via email, online, leaving ‘anonymous’ comments with her IP address clearly listed on my tracker, so I have decided to step away and spend some quality – non-dramatic time with my family. Seriously. This person has been ON MY WEBSITE now for 7 hours 7 mins 14 secs. Why? What thrill do you get from this? Not only did I cancel the General Mills summit that I was supposed to attend next month because of this person, but several others have well. Do you see a pattern?
Getting a new IP address and logging on through a Proxy is not going to solve anything. Move on. That is what you need to do. I do not appreciate being threatened, I do not appreciate being assaulted, and now I am being stalked and harassed through my own website, contacting my hosting company to cancel my website, as well as harassing me through Twitter.
You know who you are; please leave me and my family alone. This is my very last request: Being asked nicely, just like I asked three times at BlogHer.
This is an issue between two sisters, one of which I am the best of friends with. This really isn’t an issue about me and this girl, this all gets down to the dirt of hate between family. I will not be in the middle of it anymore. I have washed my hands of this.
Also, by going to hidemyass.com, Kristin, I can still see your IP address. How immature. Go away. This is just PART of the stalking that I am talking about in this post. She isn’t welcome, has been asked numerous times to leave, yet she goes to a proxy to ‘hide’ the fact that she is on my website, leaving anonymous comments. Nice. Very nice.
*Edited to add that for 14 hours, this person has been on my website via “Hide My Ass.com”. Creepy much?
I have winners to draw and email, so I apologize for the delay in that. I just need to get away from this person online. I am taking a weekend break in the hopes that this person will move on. For the rest of you, I hope you have a great weekend!

I’m so sick & tired of being sick & tired…….anyway, in my many years I have found that women like her only want atention,she’s to be pityed…..although, I just can’t do that…LOL…BUT ignore her…don’t say another word about her…she’ll get tired of being ignored & so crawl back in the hole that she came from………it’s just so maddening that a group of women can’t get together without this happening! As hard as it may be to ignore this person, unless she’s causing physical problems from you (like shutting down services) there’s not all that much you can do with her except let her show her butt to the world and help everyone realize what her character is. You can ask all your providers to set your accounts up with passcodes so that any changes must be authorized by usage of the passcode first. This will prevent her from shutting you down and messing with your coverage (can you tell I’ve had stalker issues bofore). You can also contact Verizon to shut her down. They will actually cancel services for users who are stalking. I’ve had that done before too… pissed my ex-hubby off royally when he lost his service.
Keep you head up and act always with pride and respect. Do not allow her to drag you down to her level. In time EVERYONE will see very clearly who the adult is in this situation. Good luck!

Tanya, I’m so sorry this happened to you. I was catching up on one my favorite blogs, and she said one of her friends was sucker punched while trying to walk away from some stalker chick. Sounds like they all had fun and friendship anyway, which is cool because that’s what it’s all about. It’s really sad that it happened. “Evil Woman” and her activities on your site are not that different than if she were invading your home. That might seem a little extreme but this is your business, this is how you make money, communicate, etc. What a jerk. I’m so sorry. Have a good weekend and remember this: While your out enjoying the weekend with your family, she’s inside, ignoring her family, while she spends HOURS online bothering you. I feel bad for her poor family.
