When you think about one appliance that you don’t currently have, that you’d love to own, what comes to mind? I am sad to say that I have never, in my life, owned a blender, however I am happy to say that I do now! I have been making creations for the past couple of weeks with the Black + Decker Performance FusionBlade Blender.
We are still playing around and learning so much about the Black + Decker Performance FusionBlade Blender and loving it. For now, we have been using it to make daily smoothies for my son. He’s under doctor’s orders for shakes that will help him gain weight, so when the doctor ordered smoothies and shakes, he was one happy kid.
Soups, nut butters, smoothies, homemade flours, iced drinks, and more! Make your kitchen more versatile than ever with the BLACK + DECKER™ Performance FusionBlade™ Digital Blending System. A powerful 1100-watt motor works with the all-in-one 64-oz. blending jar and blade design to produce a vortex that blends food in no time. Plus, you also get a 20-oz. personal-size jar with a twist-on travel lid that’s perfect for taking a shake or smoothie on the go. The digital control panel is easy to wipe clean, and features five different speeds and pre-programmed functions along with a pulse button so you can get the perfect consistency for everything you create. To top it all off, the removable parts are completely dishwasher-safe, so cleanup is fast and easy.
It comes with the blender, lid, smoothie cup, lid and travel lid.
Tucker’s favorite smoothie that I’ve made for him is blueberry.
1 cup blueberries
1 8 oz vanilla yogurt
¾ cup milk
2 tablespoons of sugar
½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 cups of ice
Blend all together in the blender until frothy. Pour. Serve. Top with whipped cream and blueberries. Enjoy!
Kids can have their shakes and smoothies, so why can’t adults have theirs? 😉 We love to make frozen margaritas with the Black and Decker Performance Fusion Blade Blender. Add ice and margarita mix, blend, pour, enjoy. In just a few seconds, you’re ready to toast! The drink, shake and smoothie options are endless.
I can’t wait to share some more recipes that we have learned this month!
