Who can deny ice cream, especially in this hot summer weather we are having? We love ice cream! While we are all watching what we eat in our house, we don’t like to deny ourselves of a treat every now and then. Breyers new Smooth & Dreamy Ice Cream Bars and Ice Cream Sandwiches are just that …. Dreamy! Each ice cream bar and ice cream sandwich is just at 160 calories, so you don’t have to feel guilty when you are treating yourself.

Breyers has a tasty list to choose from like chocolate chip cookie dough sandwiches (yum!), vanilla fudge brownie sandwiches, chocolate caramel sandwiches, and ice cream bars like vanilla caramel chip and triple chocolate chip bars.
I have been doing pretty well on the weight loss wagon, so I don’t want to fall off. I am a calorie counter and I do take those calories and add them up to Weight Watchers. I was excited that the chocolate caramel sandwiches were just at 3 Weight Watcher Points. When you are ‘allowed’ so many points, you still crave those sweets, but with Breyers, you don’t have to feel guilty for indulging.
