How are you doing with your New Years goals?

We are almost 2 full weeks in to the New Year. How are you doing with your New Years resolutions and fitness goals? I am holding steady at 35 pounds lost, that’s 3 in the New Year. I will admit that I have been slacking on my workouts, but I am proud to say that I am maintaining my weightloss more than I ever imagined. My goal for myself is to lose my remaining 15 pounds before Summer and to be able to fit in all these adorable clothes that I have in my closet; most still have tags on them.

Insane, isn’t it?? These have been in the top of my closet for quite some time, and yes – a lot still have the tags on them. Most are Juniors sizes ranging from 7-9’s. These are my goal. I want to get IN to these this summer.

If you are fighting daily with yourself to get up and get moving, just do it. Don’t sit there and mope how you wish you could lose weight… get up and do it!
