Hard to believe that summer is almost over and Fall is sneaking around the corner. Have you started to think about what your little ones will wear for their Halloween Costumes yet?
We started to think about Halloween costumes a few months ago. I know, odd, but hey, I’d rather be on top of the game verses too late and all the costumes are sold out. This year, Tucker said that he wanted to be a Ninja Turtle and Kambry chose to be Wonder Woman.

When I first saw this costume on the website, my first thought was ‘what was it made out of, how did it feel to the touch & would it be worth the money?’ All of my questions were answered right away. This Wonder Woman costume is simply adorable and beautiful! It is a velvet material and the cape is a shiny durable material.
You get literally everything that you see in the picture above, which really surprised me. Usually, costumes like this are a set price for the main piece (dress) and you have to pay additional for the extras.
What’s included:
- Dress
- cape
- belt
- gauntlets
- boot tops
- headband
The size of this costume says 2-4T. Kambry is almost 3 and it fits her perfectly!

The only thing that I would change on this would be to have the upper part of the boots to be a little smaller, or maybe to have an elastic band inside the fabric that would allow to fit better without the top of the boots falling down; that, or an elastic band with a button hole to fit to size accordingly. In the pictures above, I added a clip to the back of each boot to make them stay up, otherwise they are quite large. Not a problem though; we are taking the costume to grandma to have her add elastic to the boots, as well as I do wish the gold belt was attached to the costume some how. It ties on, and with the velvet material, the belt easily slides off the costume. Again, not really a biggie – grandma is going to attach the belt on the costume so it won’t slide when we are out trick or treating.
I do like that this has the short skirt and tall boots. If you live in an area of the country that is warm at Halloween, then this is perfect for your weather. We live in Iowa, so around that time it may be cooler when we are out trick-or-treating, so I will simply have Kambry wear tights under the dress and boots so she will stay warm.
All in all – we LOVE this costume! It is a perfect fit, beautifully made and the price is amazing!
