I will be open when I say that I never was a CSI ‘fan’ until we decided to do a budget cut, have our overpriced cable disconnected and went with online streaming through NetFlix. Well, these few months that we were ‘without cable’, I started getting in to past seasons of shows, one being CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.
After I watched the 1st complete season, I then went to the 2nd. After the 2nd I went to 3, and so on. Hooked really isn’t the ‘word’ I would use for my feelings for CSI. I have always had the passion for crime movies and crime shows on TV, so when I had the chance to watch CSI: Crime Scene Investigation – The Ninth Season on DVD, I was more than stoked. I said it. Stoked!
This collectable 6-disc DVD set contains all episodes (24 total) from the ninth (2008-09) season. The first thing that caught my eye was the Crime Scene: Do Not Cross tape around the packaging. This was so cool to see!

One thing that I really liked about this entire set is that there are deleted scenes, never publicized, so (to me) it is neat seeing what a scene would have been like, if they didn’t choose the one that was selected.
Of course, I had to cry at ‘Good-bye Grissom’ 
I think everyone that watches this show can relate to this sadness.
This DVD collection is one that I watch an episode every day and definitely see myself watching this season over and over again!

I sat and watched this entire season on Roku. Took me about a week since I cold only watch it at night. I was mad at first when Grissom left, then sad. The show isn’t the same with him and Warrick gone.
