Just like in the Go Diego Go! show, this Rescue Pack transforms to help Diego on his rescues to save animals in need.. With the press of a button, the backpack instantly transforms from the Rescue Pack character to kids’ very own rescue station. They’ll learn the location of the next mission from Rescue Pack’s trusty map and when they press the Radio button they’ll hear Diego alert them to where their latest animal rescue will take place. During rescue play, kids can launch a “signal flare”, grab the pretend binoculars or the pretend Walkie-Talkie to help complete more than 50 rescue adventures.

When we received the Diego Extreme Launch & Rescue Pack, I was so excited to check it out with Tucker. I saw this advertise, but really wanted to check out the pieces, sounds, and the fun that it looked like it was. There are 3 ‘flares’ that are included. These are kind of hard for little fingers to put back in the slots, but overall are a lot of fun and a great addition to this backpack.
On one of the straps for the backpack, there is a pull string. When the child pulls it, there is a mission that is played through the backpack.
I love how everything fits inside for storage
The binoculars are a great addition! These are stowed on the top and pop up when the child pushes the button to open the backpack.
Inside, there is a red button that when pushed plays over 50 rescue missions. Loads of fun and truly does keep Tucker entertained for far more than any of his other toys.
How much is this? It retails for just under $45. I think this is very well worth the price for all that you get.
The Diego Extreme Launch & Rescue Pack is very easy to travel with as well. The binoculars stow away, the flares are tucked inside, and the walkie talkie stow away inside as well.
Overall: A fantastic toy for that little Diego lover in your life!
