I used a binder especially designed for business cards for several years but an office fire destroyed them at one point; now I create a physical Rolodex card with the information and I back that up with a computer file that just contains name/phone numbers. The CardScan Executive for Mac and it's accompanying software, CardScan At Your Service, look to be a rational solution for this disorganized aspect of my life...no more keying in business card contact info manually !!!
