Flip Mino HD: Customize your world!

With all this talk about HD, the first thing that came to my mind was a video recorder. I do not like bulky video cameras and my previous experience with the Flip was such a good one, I had to check out the new Flip HD.

The first thing that I wondered was if the video format would be compatible with my video editing program. I have worked with a couple of pocket cams that the videos would not play in my editing software, so when I received the Flip Mino HD, I tried it out and I am very excited to announce that it IS compatible! YAY! I use Adobe Premiere Elements 7.0, so this made me a happy blogger!

I am very impressed with the video quality from the Flip Mino HD. Very impressed! I plugged in the Flip HD to my TV and viewed my video; great quality!

Here is a video of Tucker to show you the recording quality. The web tends to take out some of the quality, but seeing it live on your own TV is wordless. It is beautiful quality!

I love that the Flip is so small, so thin and so easy to put just about anywhere; pocket, purse, diaper bag, you name it.

Is there a charge for customizing my Flip?
No! How exciting is that?! I would have thought this customizing process would have been at least an extra $50.00, but it is not.

How easy is the Flip to use?
So easy that I do not have a word for it! You charge through the USB pop out that is on the camera, turn the power on, push the red button to start recording, capture those precious memories, push the red button again to stop recording, plug in Flip to your computer through USB pop out, file opens on your computer, watch movie, share and enjoy!
