We are huge Happy Feet fans, so when we heard that part 2 was being released; we were excited to check it out! We loved the first movie!
Happy Feet 2
Happy Feet 2 features the voices of an all-star cast, including Elijah Wood (“The Lord of the Rings”), Oscar® winner Robin Williams (“Good Will Hunting”), Hank Azaria (“The Birdcage”), Grammy® award winner Alecia Moore (P!nk), Academy Award® nominee Brad Pitt (“The Curious Case of Benjamin Button”), Oscar® winner Matt Damon (“Good Will Hunting”), Emmy® award nominees Sofia Vergara (TV’s “Modern Family”), Common (“Date Night”) and Hugo Weaving (“Legend of the Guardians”).
First off, the color and quality of Happy Feet 2 is simply stunning! What I liked about this movie, unlike a lot of sequels, is that we felt like didn’t have to watch the first movie to remember where it left off. This wasn’t like watching a sequel at all; just a whole new movie but with the same overall fun and storyline. Our favorite characters were in Happy Feet 2; Mumble, Gloria and Ramon, but in part 2, Mumble has a son of his own, Erik. In the first Happy Feet movie, Mumble struggled with finding his place with his talent, as does Erik in part two.
If you watch the Blu-ray, there are tons of extras including:

- Alecia Moore (P!nk) talks about being the voice of Gloria and the writing of her new song
Overall, a great story, great moral and storyline and we will be watching Happy Feet 2 for many more times to come!

I have never seen Happy Feet so I don’t know any of the characters or their names. I have seen previews if Happy Feet Two and I think I would like the one that Robin Williams is the voice for, because he is one of my favorite comedic actors and is so funny himself.
Mumble is my daughter’s favorite.
