Get fit with the HealthRider H90e

rapid_weight_loss

In celebration of A New Year to a New You, I am going to be offering some amazing and very helpful fitness tips, recipes, product reviews and yes – some fab giveaways to go along with these findings.

For my weight loss and fitness challenge, I am doing a few helpful things to help me get back in tune with myself and help shed some of these pesty pounds leftover from my pregnancy with Kambry. Gotta love that weight that just hangs around, huh? Here are some things that I am working on currently:

What is the HealthRider H90e, you ask? This elliptical machine is a bad boy isolates your glutes, quads and calves for faster results with unique Target ToningTM technology and the adjustable Power RampTM.

Being that we only have 3 bedrooms and a basement which I call the “Dungeon“, I have decided to put the HealthRider H90e in our bedroom. We feared we wouldn’t have enough space for it, but this innovative elliptical‘s pedals and base quickly and easily fold-up to save you nearly 3 feet of precious floor space. All that we have in our bedroom upstairs is a bed and a dresser, so this was my first choice of where to put this machine. Also, I didn’t want it downstairs to distract me from my work outs. I have many ideas on my work outs, one is to lock myself in my room, hop on the HealthRider H90e, turn on the Biggest Loser and watch this awesome program while I work out. Another is to work out to my iPod Nano. I have some pretty snazzy and upbeat tunes uploaded on my iPod to help get me moving, and that it does!

Here are some fabulous features of the HealthRider H90e:

SpaceSaverTM Designss_far_infrared_weight-loss

Fitness is about getting in shape, not getting in your way. This innovative elliptical’s pedals and base quickly and easily fold-up to save you nearly 3 feet of precious floor space.

20 Personal Trainer Workouts, 2 Heart Rate Workouts & 2 Learn Workouts

The HealthRider H90e comes with 20 Personal Trainer Workouts that automatically adjust the resistance of the elliptical to focus on aerobic, weight-loss or performance goals. It includes 2 Heart Rate Workouts that help you stay in the right training zone by automatically increasing the resistance when you need to raise your heart rate and decreasing the resistance when you need to lower it. It also includes 2 workouts you can create and save yourself.

Club Design BioLogicTM Dual-Grip Heart Rate Monitor

Make the most out of every workout by monitoring your heart rate with these sensors that are built into the handlebars to ensure you are in the right training zone for your goals.

iFit® Workout Card Technology

Lose weight, feel great and improve performance in just 8-weeks with interactive iFit® Workout Card Technology! Each card is designed by a Certified Personal Trainer and plugs directly into the elliptical’s console, automatically adjusting your resistance while the voice of a personal trainer takes you through each workout. iFit® Workout Cards are available in Wellness and Weight Loss categories to give you the most advanced, interactive and result-specific fitness options.

Power RampTM

Changing the incline of an elliptical changes the shape of the elliptical stride, which alters the muscle groups your workout focuses on. This motorized ramp has a number of incline settings with a max incline of 30°.

This FABULOUS machine arrived at my house on Friday. Check out my dining room.

HR2 Rider is my kind of strength-training machine. I love short workouts (I have no endurance to run each day for 40 minutes to an hour!).. and that this takes about 20 minutes per day is my ideal choice. I need toning (underarms, abs) and cardio doesn’t always guarantee flat abs! I need to target these areas, and the HR2 looks designed for this purpose. Thanks for the entry!

  27. I tried multiple times to get the button for my sidebar but all I got was a blank space. I don’t know what the problem is because I’ve been able to get buttons from other blogs.

The sensors that are built into the handlebars are constantly checking your heart rate again making sure you are in your zone.

I am subscribed to your newsletter. Thank you!

  65. joanna smith says:

I truly enjoy my exercise routine and have incorporated it into my life for so long that it is a lifestyle rather than a task I despise. But, it was not an easy road to build into my life, I learned in order for me to keep with the program, I had to truly enjoy it and look forward to it. That is why I think a machine like The HealthRider Exerplay 200 from HealthRider would be my favorite pick for helping me to get fine and fit in 2009. Who would have thought there could be a workout machine that has the capability to play video games while you exercise. I love that this is fun and easy to use and it keeps you moving, motivated and entertained throughout your entire workout. This is definitely some me time that I would look forward to and it would make me want to stay with my workout program! Thank you so much for the opportunity to enter.
