I am so excited that for the second year in a row, we are getting our Photo Holiday Cards from Vistaprint! We just ordered this this morning! Here is what we did. It was SO easy!
First step, of course, was to gather the family, get them dressed, deal with toddler tantrums, go outside, set up the camera on a tripod, get the family situated, set the timer (dang remote needs a new battery
) pushed the button and hauled butt over to the steps where we sat, watched the light on the camera blink for 20 seconds and of course pray that we were successful in getting just one decent image.
We went to Vistaprint.com, searched around the huge selection of photo cards. We took our family picture yesterday. Let’s just say that this was so hard to do without my remote for my camera, but we managed to get one decent picture out of 11 attempts.

We had another one that I really liked, but Kambry wasn’t smiling in it. I thought about Photo-shopping her smiley head on the other picture, but didn’t want to go through that trouble. Plus, I would have tossed my computer out the window making sure it was perfect.
Here is the front of the card we chose. (Minus the copyright, of course
)

Back of the card, again, minus the copyright

It was SO easy to get started. When you log on, you can scroll down to Holiday & Family. There, you will see a drop down box for Holiday Cards, Photo Cards, etc. I chose PHOTO cards, then clicked on 4×8 Photo Cards. From here, there are so many selections to choose from. You can sort by most popular, new additions, and even on the left, you can then again sort to the layout you want, horizontal, vertical, etc.
After I uploaded my pictures to the design I wanted, I customized our card, went through check out and customized our envelopes. Seriously – SO easy! I cannot wait to get in our holiday cards, stamp them and get them in the mail on December 1st!
For more information, please visit Vistaprint.com and you can choose from a nice assortment of holiday cards!

Love the review, and plan to order from them (they’re just SO much cheaper!!), but curious: what sort of paper option did you use, the standard glossy, matte paper stock, or linen?
