On June 4, 2008, Pure Digital Launched their amazing Super-Slim Flip Video Mino. I am lucky enough to have one and I have to say that I LOVE it! When I got it, I looked at the small box that it came in and thought to myself “Where are all the cables? Where is the charger? Where is the huge instruction manual?”
- The only cable that this video camera comes with is a television cable so you can watch your movies on your TV
- There isn’t a charger. You plug the Super-Slim Flip Video Mino directly in to your USB port on your computer and it receives the charge through your computer.
- No huge, confusing instruction manual. YAY! My leaflet tells me all that I need to know without confusing me out of my wits!
- 1) Get started (press power & have fun!) How easy is that!?
- 2) Record & play
- 3) Save, Edit, Share
- 4) Recharge battery (plug in USB n computer)
- 5) View on television

Normally, I would get out my video camera, take a video, go to the computer, plug in my fire-wire cable, open this obnoxious video transfer program, search on my computer to see where the program decided to save my video and upload to share. Long process, right? With the Super-Slim Flip Video Mino, I took a video, came to my computer, pushed the flip button on the Flip and plugged in to my computer and there the videos were! EASY!
