From a parents’ stand point, I love the Scanopedia! The map is a large paper map that we have hung on the wall. The kids can see the map and interact with it with the Smart Animals Scanopedia. I like it because there aren’t a ton of tiny pieces that will get lost. There are animals that you can purchase separately to add on to the set. I love watching both of the kids interact with the Scanopedia. While Kambry may be too young for it, it is a lot of fun seeing her with it and listening to her mimic the animal sounds.
Do we recommend the Scanopedia? Absolutely! I think this is a great holiday gift and is a great idea for that little one that may ‘have everything’!
