We eat organic fruits and veggies, I cook from scratch and make my own keifer and exercise.
My daughter was born with a weak immune system, so she is constantly sick, which is hard, because when she is at school they think they should send her home because she looks so bad, with her nose running and her eyes watering, so these tissues would be greatly appreciated!
I am pretty strict about my boys always washing their hands or using Purell. I try to clean my toilets several times a week because being boys they always are lifting the seat! Well the 6 yo is but the 2yo copies so lol

I’m drink lots of OJ to keep the buggies away!
I try to stay healthy by taking a multi vitamin and mineral plus fish oil every day. I also excercise. Oh, and stay away from sick people
We don’t get sick very often but when it hits I don’t handle it well. I think that’s because it only comes around once or twice a year. We don’t believe in sanitizing everything because if we aren’t exposed to ordinary bacteria we don’t build up our immune system.
When we come in contact with someone who is sick we are careful to wash our hands and try to avoid direct contact.

We eat properly, take vitamins and exercise.
I have become a regular (my friends would say obsessive) user of hand sanitizer – seriously, I keep a bottle in my bag, my office, and almost every room of my house. I’ve also made an effort to take Vitamin C and immunity supplements more often, and I’ve noticed that simple changes to my diet, such as eating more fresh fruits and drinking as much water as possible, have made a huge difference in battling the bug.

We battle the bug all year round by my nagging my kids all the time to wash their hands, and I have fruity smelling anti-bacterial soap pumps at all the sinks, the kids tend to wash their hands more when they like the sweet fruity scent of the soap, and I don’t get mad if they play and splash the water around a little, I’d rather have them wash their hands without a battle and clean up a little water around the sink, than have them defy me and not wash their hands. I also always carry Purel hand sanitizer with me when we go out and always ask my kids to rub their hands in it if they have been playing with other children and touching lots of toys or doors that many other people have touched. I think this combined with great healthy diet and lots of sleep help somewhat to keep everyone healthy!
I make sure that my family washes their hands properly and often to battle the bug all year round!
