As member of an awesome team of influencers, I received the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 with line of service from Verizon. No additional compensation was provided nor did I promise positive feedback. All opinions are my own & 100% truthful.
Here I am, in Atlanta Georgia, at Mom 2.0 Summit. This is my 4th year attending and this year, I brought my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 with me. This bad boy has served all of my needs from booking my airfare, locating my baggage at the airport, reserving my hotel room, retrieving my conference pass, connecting with fellow bloggers and even ordering room service for tonight… when I am utterly exhausted and refuse to leave the room. Here are some of my favorite travel apps. If you have some that you like, I’d love to hear from you!
I was able to search for the cheapest and fastest flights using Hipmunk. I love this app! You can search for flights and hotels. I will be in the Atlanta area one extra day, so I’ll be using this, as well as Expedia, Kayak and Priceline to check out another hotel to stay in after Mom 2.0 is over.
When I travel, I always have to check out the weather in the location, so I’ll check it with The Weather Channel. If you travel a lot, of course you’ll need your airline apps.
My ultimate travel buddy is TripIt. This app… ohhhh this app is pure awesome sauce! This app imports all your emails for upcoming travels in to one app. These days, there is no need to print out everything and waste paper. This app shows you everything!
If I have things to add to it, I just add it with a simple tap. While I’m here in Atlanta, at Mom 2.0, I will be taking notes on my Note 3 from the sessions, as well as tweeting (@MommyGoggles), posting on Facebook and blogging from my Note 3. This is seriously an all in one device.
