Back to school + Cold season + flu time = no fun for any family!
We are mega germaphobe’s in our home. Who isn’t this time of year, especially with H1N1 going around? We are always on the lookout for products that may help us avoid the winter time sniffles and fevers.

Wow, this does sound weird! LOL. I have never even heard of such a thing before….but would rather spray my face than wear a mask! Our family is also a bunch of germ freaks and we too carry with us hand sanitizer all the time! It grosses me out when I think about how much icky stuff is on a public doorknob, the community grocery store pen, gas pump…you name it! The one problem that I have been reading about though is that when we use all of this hand sanitizer, we are actually eliminating the beneficial bacteria too – and our bodies need this to fight off illness. So, we have been taking our Vidazorb probiotics every single day to replenish the good guys. Thanks for this recommendation and I am thinking we will have to check into this at our CVS!
