Well, the kids are grown but our son still lives with us and last night he had friends over and they wanted to barbecue so we all pitched in and had a blast making dinner, eating together, and then playing games.

My son still has a bit of a short attention span (he’s 3) and can’t sit all the way through a full-length movie that we watch at home unless he’s really sick. We usually have a home cooked dinner and then sit down to watch a favorite TV show or something kinda short before getting him into bed.
