We are almost all the way through January in our new year. What have you been doing to make changes and to get a New You? I have been doing so much to help get myself fit for the New Year.
- Eating better, more fruits and vegetables
- Not eating past 6pm
- Drinking lots of water
- Getting up and staying active
- Practicing moderation control
- Cut out carbs & sugars
There are so many more things that I do on a daily basis, but these are the main things. You can still eat what you want, in moderation.
Just recently, I was able to fit in a pair of jeans that I haven’t been able to wear in years. I keep my clothes, instead of getting rid of them. If they are too big, I will get rid of them, but I am so glad I kept all my favorite jeans. I have a whole new wardrobe now! I have 15 pounds left until I am at my final weightloss goal. I am happier about getting healthy and fit than anything. I love being able to keep up with my kids more than last summer. I am ready for the Spring so that I can wear my cute capris and shorts that have been in storage.
