As you all know by now, I am utterly addicted to my Peek. I love it. I have to have it. I need it! I have some new news for you that you might want to read! So far, the Peek Pronto comes in Grey, but will have more color options soon.
I will have an upcoming side-by-side video to show you the difference in the Peek and the Peek Pronto, coming up soon!
Last week we shared some exciting news with you: we’re launching a new Peek called the Peek Pronto. The Peek Pronto has a bunch of great new features including:
- FASTER email delivery
- All bold easier-to-read font set
- Much faster software responsiveness throughout
- Microsoft Exchange support — you can use it for business accounts
- PDF and Word doc support
- Support for 5 email accounts
- Search
- Auto-correct
- Significantly improved typing performance
But the best thing about Peek Pronto is that we want to give it to you – for free. You guys — the Peek early adopters — have given us so much feedback and it’s really been invaluable in designing Peek Pronto.
So how’s this upgrade going to work?
Well, the secret of Peek Pronto is some great new software that sits inside the device. We need to get that software onto your Peek. There will be a few ways to do this:
- The main way that we’re going to do this is through a mail-in program. If you want to upgrade you can just mail us your Peek and we’ll work our magic on it. But don’t run to the Post Office just yet! We’re still doing our final testing so it will be a few more weeks before we can start this process. I’ll send you another email towards the end of the month with even more details.
- If you already have a Peek Upgrade Cable, another option is to do the upgrade yourself. If you don’t have one, you can purchase one at the Peek Boutique. However, this option is only recommended for the very tech savvy!
- Finally, we’re also thinking about doing some “upgrade parties” – little parties where Peeksters can all meet and upgrade their Peeks together. If you’d be interested in helping with one of these parties send me an email.
We’re super excited about Peek Pronto and we think you’re going to love it. More details coming soon, in the meantime – Happy Peeking!
PS. You don’t have to upgrade your Peek. If you want to keep using it the way it is that’s absolutely fine!
