I am SO excited! On Monday at 3:40, I get to interview The Biggest Loser Season 6 winner, Michelle Aguilar!
My FAVORITE show, ever, is The Biggest Loser. Well, that, and Law & Order. With my weight loss over the past few years, I have leaned on The Biggest Loser for motivation and that is just what I got!
I am over here thinking of what questions I can ask her. If you have any that you would like me to ask, please let me know! Interview will be posted with some other healthy and helpful information from Got Milk? on Monday evening.

I have a few friends who watch TBL, and they really need to lose some major weight. Their consensus is that being on the show is, in itself, almost a guarantee that a person would do just that. After all, while on the show, a person doesn’t hve the added responsibilities of running a househols, going to work every day, caring for a couple of kids, etc. They also have access to fabulous trainers and facilities. What about those who *don’t* have those options? What if you have to go to a job every day, rather than being able to devote the day to training under the watchful guidance of Jillian or Bob? What if someone just can’t afford to join a gym or hire a trainer? How about people who, in these tough economic times can’t afford the array of fresh veggies and fruits? What about people in real-life situations?
I’d be interested to know of Michelle thinks she would be able to have lost the weight without being given that great advantage.
Also, on a purely curious note, what about the flabbiness and excess skin that massive weight loss unveils? Do the contestants do anything to deal with that?

Tanya that is so exciting! I LOVED Michelle. That is my favorite show as well! Michelle was my pick. The one question I can think of is “Does she continue to fight temptation and what is her biggest challenge?”
