I had the pleasure to work with Family Review Network and Pledge Fabric Sweeper for an opportunity that was very well needed and very much appreciated! Pledge Fabric Sweeper is a great new product for people with pets. Now that we have a cat, Milano, we have some cat hair on the back of our couch, where she loves to lay and look out the window. When I first received the Pledge Fabric Sweeper, I looked at it and thought ‘How in the world is this thing gonna work?‘ The Fabric Sweeper is about 8 inches long and around 4 inches wide which is a great size for holding. With the clear top on it, it is easy to see what all is being picked up. The Fabric Sweeper pulled up some fuzz from my couch that has been getting on my nerves, so that was nice. 
Milano doesn’t shed a whole lot, but the Fabric Sweeper let me see that she actually DOES shed, so that was nice to see!
How it works:
Simply slide it side to side in short strokes. Rollers rotate back and forth to lift and trap unsightly pet hair. One PledgeTM Fabric Sweeper picks up as much pet hair as 145 sticky roller sheets.
Great for:
- Upholstered couches and chairs-so you can sit back and relax.
- Pillows and cushions-PledgeTM Fabric Sweeper is great for removing pet hair from throw pillows, couch cushions, and bed pillows.
- Car interiors-great for cleaning pet hair off upholstered car seats so you can roll down the window, without stirring up pet hair.
Directions for use:
- Slide side-to-side on upholstered furniture using moderate pressure. Use short strokes of about 8-12 inches in each direction (as indicated by the arrows on the sweeper).
- Fabric Sweeper is self-cleaning! As you go in one direction, one roller picks up the pet hair from the surface. When you go in the other direction, the second roller cleans off the first and pushes the pet hair inside.
- If pet hair builds up on the rollers, repeat the side-to-side motion a few times on a clean area of the upholstery.
Special Fabric Considerations
- For microfiber and suede: Please follow instructions above.
- Loosened upholstered fabrics: Pull fabric tight to ensure effective pick up.
- Not for use on vinyl or leather.

What I love about the Pledge Fabric Sweeper is that it does not have sticky sheets, which tend to get stuck on everything but what it is intended for. I keep all my cleaning needs under my sink (behind safety latches for the kids) so it is nice to be able to store this with everything else, and not have to worry with ‘if the sticky will work during the next use’. The Pledge Multi Surface Duster sounds like a winner.
I love just regular lemon scented pledge furniture polish…. but this fabric sweeper may be the answer to my couch and five cats!

I like the convenient multisurface wipe packs. The 25 wipes pack reseal and keep moist until next need. And they work on all surfaces so I only need the one pack open at a time.

I have used Pledge products for years. One of their many products that I love is the Pledge Extra Moisturizing. The Fabric Sweeper would be extremely useful for keeping my furniture, presentable since I have two cats and a dog.

another new item is the multi-surface duster that fits on ant pledge duster handle–say’s it’s great for blinds. the pet duster would be great cause I have 2 cats, but I think I would use it when I cleaned my best friends house. her furniture is always covered with pet hair and right now I vaccume it. this seems to be a lot easier.

I love the Pledge Natural Beauty Wipes. I used one yesterday for a quick touch-up. In the afternoons, the sun shines through the west windows, and suddenly I see a dust festival on my end tables and bookshelf. It’s wonderful having Pledge Wipes handy and ready.
The Pledge Fabric Sweeper would be another Pledge product that would be easy to use, especially between major “deep-down” cleanings. It feels good having the house spruced up, and Pledge helps that happen.
