Powell bar stools from Shop.com

Last year, we bought a 1900 home. We made ‘do’ with what we had, but are making it out own. It is a lot of work fixing up an old house, especially to make it ‘current’. Once we got the rooms painted how we wanted, we started to focus on the kitchen. This is where I am finding myself most of the times these days. I want to love my kitchen. Who doesn’t want to feel that way? We have a bar area that we bought at a local retail place and this is where the kids eat just about every day. Well, just because it’s the kids area, this doesn’t mean I cannot have it to where I want it. We have plain ‘jane’ wooden bar stools in our kitchen for the kids to eat at, but I am looking at something a bit more modern. I love LOVE the Powell bar stools from Shop.com.

Who could not fall in love with these? I would love to get these for our kitchen because they are gorgeous and affordable. The backs on them will help keep Kambry on the stool instead of crawling up it at meal time.
