Power your Halloween with Rayovac

Halloween is just 25 days away. 25 DAYS! This year, the kids will be dressed up as Strawberry Shortcake and Darth Vador. We are pretty well known around our town for cute costumes.

How are you planning to stay safe this Halloween? We go trick or treating as a family and we carry lightweight flashlights and instead of candles in the jack-o-janterns, we use small lights such as a reading light inside. This will let me know that my home is safe from a fire from a candle within the pumpkin while we are out with the kids. Last year, we tried something different when it came to showing off our pumpkins. We decided to ditch the candles and go with a small LED ‘reading light’ with Rayovac batteries. We put inside the carved pumpkin, turned it on and set it out for the trick-or-treaters. We decided to try this instead of using candles mostly for safety, but once we tried it, we loved how long lasting it was and less heat was put out inside the jack-o-lantern itself.

Admit it, this is cool looking, isn’t it??

We have already started our Halloween decoration stash since Halloween is literally around the corner. I invite you to log on to the Rayovac Facebook page to print off a $1 off Rayovac flashlight coupon at http://www.facebook.com/Rayovac?sk=app_217257571634557

I am working on a campaign for Rayovac and will be compensated for my time. All thoughts and opinions are 100% my own.
