I think I travel more than anyone should travel. It is fun, but it is nice to stay home for a while. Do you take local trips (called a State-cation) close to home?
There are SO many things that you can do, so close to home, save a lot of money and still stay in a comfortable place: Holiday Inn! We have done this a few times and seriously – the fun is just the same as if you were driving across country. Well, minus the road drag that you get from crossing country.

There were a couple of times this summer that we wanted to take a family vacation, but we really didn’t want to have to drive so far.
