I do not take diet pills, but when I was researching them for myself a few years ago and for a friend just recently, I saw a product called Stimerex ES. I read some pretty decent reviews on this. It seems as if you are wanting to lose 5 pounds or 125 pounds, this may be a product that can actually help you without giving you that massive jittery like a lot do.
