Get Active. Eat Healthy with Subway! *Giveaway*

logo-subwayAll this week is National TV Turn-Off week (April 20-26) and in that honor, I have teamed up with Subway to bring you a fun giveaway that will help get your kids active this summer season.

SUBWAY recently announced a partnership with the National Institute of Health and the NIH’s We Can! program (Ways to Enhance Children’s Activity and Nutrition), encouraging kids to push away the screen.

I am a firm believer to turn the TV off and get those kids active, as well as yourself. Active kids = happy kids! I know this first hand. Tucker is such a different kid when he is active, outside and running around; and not to mention, he sleeps a lot better at night from being active and eating well. Subway is a place that my family visits a LOT. I think hubby eats there at least twice a week, if not more. Tucker LOVES his footlong subs and what a better way to get your kids to eat healthy, than to let them pick out what they want on their sandwiches? He loves going to Subway!
