Here in Iowa, our weather has already turned colder. While I like to curl up in the corner of my couch and watch TV, work on the computer or cuddle with the kids, I don’t always like to cover up with a blanket that slips off every time we move. The Slanket is perfect for cuddling up and having a soft blanket around you that fit all your needs and keeps you warm.

The Slanket is a gigantic fleece blanket with sleeves. A very soft to the touch, lightweight, but warm fleece blanket with large, loose sleeves designed so you don’t feel like you’re wearing the blanket, simply wrapped up in its wonder. I love that they also come in kids size and travel size and so many wonderful colors and patterns. A nice bonus – each product sold gives a portion of the sale to one of several various charities.

Great for snuggling up with a book or a movie and a cup of hot chocolate or for those late nights at the computer. And the Siamese would be awesome for cozying up with hubby while watching our fave shows. I’m adding the Slanket to my holiday shopping and wish lists for sure!

My family is always warm and I’m always cold even sometimes in the summer so I’m using a blanket to keep the chill off but don’t like the hassles using a blanket where the Slanket would be perfect, I love that it has sleeves, I could even use on those long cold trips we drive 1200 miles to visit family in the snow states when I’m the only one in car freezing also for those flights that are also cold as I can use it as a cover up so it would serve more then 1 purpose. If I was lucky enough to win I would choose the ARGHHH or The Texas Tea

As for the Slanket itself, I love that it’s like a large fleece blanket (with sleeve holes), it’s non-pilling, super soft, and machine washable. I love the color “limoges”. As everyone probably knows, the winters here in Canada are BRUTAL!! I am certainly not looking forward to it, however reality has it that it is coming, and very quickly!!
