CGRCanAs an adult, I have to say that I am very picky with my vegetables. Between my mega texture issue & fear of most vegetables in general, I just don’t take in enough vegetables for my daily intake of nutrients. Someone told me to try V8. Well, I have a phobia of that too. Weird, huh? Well, I started cooking with V8, including adding it to my soups, stews and chili instead of tomato sauce. This has allowed me to get my nutrients that I need, as well as curing my (and Kambry’s) texture issue that we have with most fruits and vegetables. With our school year already 2 months in, I am confident that my son is getting the nutrients that he wants, but the tastes that he likes.

I have to say that I love this slim size! We have a few lunch boxes and use reusable containers, so the space isn’t big enough to host a bigger water bottle. How do you fill your little ones’ lunches? Some days, I admit, that we will let him buy his lunch at school depending on what is served, but other days I will make his lunch and he can help me.
