Who loves to do some holiday baking? *raises hand* I was so excited this year because I was actually prepared! Wilton helped with that with the new upcoming release of UltraGold Bakeware.

Coming up in January, Wilton is releasing UltraGold Bakeware, a new line of premium quality bakeware — without the premium price.

I baked. And I baked. And I baked! I am so impressed that I was able to make treats such as these below without them being stuck to the pan.     Since I am a little bit of a baking diva in the kitchen, I’d love nothing more than some state of the art bakeware since what I am using right now is rather old and not as effective as it used to be. Another item from the Wilton website that caught my eye is the excelle elite® non-stick springform pan. I have this particular cheesecake recipe that I love to make and it calls for using a springform pan and ours is just an antique and doesn’t open up very well. This would be the perfect replacement for it.

    Well, first of all, I would like to say that I wish we had spent the holidays with you if you truly found time to use each of these pans (which ARE terrific in features). I find it hard to want to cook each day, lately and, yet, look forward to getting back into a regular routine. Okay, so something I could use – I need a “shape” pan to accomplish my tasks as I don’t believe that my hidden talent for “creating” the look I want. I won’t choose any one in particular as I could see myself utilizing the snowman during the cold seasons, the pumpkin, etc – all in the name of the holiday or theme I am seeking for that justification for a cake – lol.

    I just recently learned that the cookie sheets I’m using are the wrong ones (their dark) and that’s why the bottom of my Christmas cookies got over done (a nicer way of saying burned)
    I need to start over with my baking supplies and such and could really use these.
