I don’t know if you would call it role play and they are not my kids. But when my niece/6 and nephew/5 come to stay they have lots of ideas. First thing they make breakfast with whatever they want and I have to eat it. I have a tool bag for my nephew and he goes around fixing everything. They have tons of art supplies in my spare room/office which they have dubbed the play room. On one wall the bottom half is divided between chalk board and dry erase board. Now that my niece can write she makes lists; lists of things she wants, lists of things she is going to do and lists of my chores. One of my least favorite games is barber shop. I know I’m a fool, but I let them cut my hair and paint my finger and toe nails. (quite embarrassing when company stops by). But I know its all worth it when they say how much fun they’ve had and that they can talk to me about anything.

The Naturally Playful® Adventure Lodge Play Center with Glider has got to be the most awesome swing set I’ve ever seen. I especially like the rope ladder and the ball hoop too. This would grow with a child for years (and every other kid in the neighborhood too)
