… doesn’t mean you can leave your Frosty and Christmas decor out and turned on. Seriously people – put the stuff away!
This is not so much of a wordless Wednesday, as it is a Redneck Wednesday.
Maybe Santa missed their house? Nothing like seeing a plastic Santa with wire reindeer on the roof, with wooden fugly reindeer on the ground, next to a blow up Christmas carousel. Santa probably skipped their house because of the hideous decor.

Come on already. If you have a blow up Frosty, he has to be plugged in somewhere, right? Which means, someone has to physically plug him in to make him air up, correct? I bet they are wondering why their electric bill hasn’t decreased since the holidays. What are the odds that they have their tree up, inside, still?

BTW: These houses are not in my town. If they were, I would most likely walk up and knock on their door and say ‘Dude, you are aware that the holidays are over and it is almost Spring, right?’
People seriously do not suprise me these days.

That IS funny… In our community, you have to take down all holiday decorations by 30 days after the holiday or you can be FINED! Gotta love them HOAs.

I think that people need to get with the program. I’m surprised no recycling or garbage people picked up their stuff… And very surprised the city didn’t get involved (I know mine would).

Tanya,
Totally agree. Let’s focus on spring… Seriously, the most wonderful time of the year!

LOL! I could see into a house we were driving by yesterday, and they still have their Christmas tree up and lights on it and plugged in. That’s how I could see it. The lights were on.
[Reply]
LOL! You crack me up!
[Reply]
LMAO I’d almost give them a pass since there’s that much snow on the ground.

OMG, that is almost funny, if it weren’t so true in some places.

I was laughing so hard when I read this!!!
♥ Happy Wednesday girl! ♥

lol I drove by a house yesterday that still had their tree up
[Reply]
Wow that’s a bit much. And they are still turning it on?! haha
[Reply]
LOL Too funny! I don’t think there’s anything wrong with the lights still being up. Ours are still up, but we don’t turn them on. There’s too much snow & ice on the roof to get up there and take them down. It’s the inflatable decor that is so funny!

Can you come to North Platte? There are several houses in town that still have the full board, yard-is-covered Christmas Decorations. Oi Vey.
[Reply]
LOL. we have our lights still up. Hubby doesn’t want to break his neck on the ice to try and get them down. We don’t light them. Since they are the icicle lights so you can clearly see them on the house.
That stuff however is on the ground. Frosty could seriously be put in a box now. I think I’d slam a door in someones face though if they told me how to “decorate” my house/yard. lol, careful whose door you go knockin’ on.

I have seen a few by me too, LOL.
one has a tiny yard & it is over loaded with stuff!
I still have my tree up… going on 3 years…. but in my defense, we decorate it with seasonal stuff, so it is an anytime tree, LOL!
like lots of Nascar right now!
[Reply]
I HATE when people do that! Happy WW!
[Reply]
LOL!!!! Oh wow. We always take all of our Christmas stuff down on New Years. That is hilarious… in the most LAZY way ever haha
[Reply]
Ah, we just took our wooden snowman down – we use it to measure the height of the snow!
Happy WW! http://moomettesmagnificents.com/blog/path-to-vermont-green-mountains-and-flowers/

LOL! I mean, if you are too lazy to take it down, don’t actually INFLATE it!

WOW, talk about procrastinating.
[Reply]
That’s ridiculous! I know there are some places around here that still have their lights up, not on though!
[Reply]
Pure laziness!
[Reply]
LOL! But I can’t say much because I still have most of my decorations out inside my house! *blush* I try to take them down and my kids start to cry.
[Reply]
Oh my gosh that is too funny. I think there might be a pumpkin actually under our feet and feet of snow, LOL
[Reply]
That bothers me too! As does the election signs for candidates who have LOST and the winners have been in office for two years. Get over it already.
My WW is here!

that’s awesome. Awesome in that god-awful way.

HA , how funny that you posted this. I went for a walk the other night and seen 2 houses that still have their lights up. I know a lot of people will leave the lights up , but these ones had them on. Yeah humm Christmas was over months ago.

So- you are driving around looking for offenders?
My neighbor had his Christmas blow ups on the driveway yesterday drying out. To me that was a sign of Spring. Your pictures – not so much.

Oh my gosh, what the heck is wrong with these people. It’s almost EASTER for crying out loud! You know there are some towns that have ordinances requiring the holiday decor to be down by Feb 1st. Evidently yours needs this!
